Services

Payroll services with a defined scope

We provide payroll administration to UK employers under a written scope of work. Each service explains what we process, what the client must provide and where responsibility remains with the employer.

Service 01

Managed Payroll

A recurring payroll administration service for businesses that want an external provider to operate the agreed payroll cycle.

The service may include:

  • maintaining payroll records from approved starter, leaver and change information;
  • processing salary, hours, overtime, bonuses, commissions, expenses, benefits and deductions supplied by the client;
  • calculating gross pay, PAYE, employee and employer National Insurance and net pay;
  • producing variance reports, payroll summaries, payment reports and payslips;
  • preparing and making authorised RTI submissions;
  • processing approved statutory payments and pension deductions; and
  • completing agreed month-end and year-end payroll tasks.

The client supplies accurate inputs, approves the payroll and funds all amounts due.
